Privacy and analytics

Voroven uses analytics to understand website traffic and improve the site. Our custom visit analytics, when enabled, record the page path, server time, public IP address, approximate location supplied by our hosting provider, browser and operating system, device category, screen dimensions, browser language and time zone, and the referring website’s origin.

Custom analytics do not collect form contents, URL query strings or fragments, precise GPS location, or a persistent visitor identifier. Browser and location information can be approximate or unavailable. We do not use device fingerprinting.

Custom visit records are stored privately in Google Cloud Firestore in Sydney, Australia. Records expire from our visit history within 30 days; Google’s automatic deletion process typically removes expired records within a further 24 hours. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We use the records to understand visits and investigate unusual traffic. Any downloaded administrative exports are separate copies.

You can opt out below. This preference is saved only in this browser. Custom analytics also respect the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The preference applies to future visits; it does not delete earlier records.

The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, a separate service that provides anonymous traffic statistics without tracking cookies. The choice above controls our custom analytics. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

Hosting infrastructure may retain operational and security logs separately. Information entered into enquiry forms is handled separately from visit analytics to respond to your enquiry.
